Path Interactive respects your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable using our website. Path Interactive Inc. (collectively, “Path Interactive”, “we”,”us”,”our”) operates https://www.pathinteractive.com. This policy informs you of the types of information we collect when you visit our website and Path Interactive’s collection, storage and usage practices.

Data Collection

Path Interactive’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Path Interactive’s visitors use its website and use it for internal improvement of our content. We do not sell any of this information to third parties.

Data storage

Path Interactive will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Path Interactive will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Data transfer

Path Interactive operates its site in the United States. Analytics advertising providers

Analytics. Third party providers such as Google Analytics automatically collect data on user demographics, traffic patterns and other information. These providers collect data through tracking technologies including Cookies and can be disabled by visiting their respective opt-out sites.

Specifically for analytics providers, we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Advertising. Google Advertising Display Network also automatically collect data through tracking technologies. We and the third party service providers use cookies to inform, optimize, measure performance serve ads based on your previous visits to our site. Any tracking that a third party performs is subject to their own privacy notice.

Our third party service providers may provide us information that tells us how are marketing ads, often placed on third party sites, performed and who clicked on them. User Rights

Path Interactive aims to take reasonable steps, so you can correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you are a customer of one of our clients that works with Path Interactive and would no longer like to be contacted by them, please send your request to the client that you interact with directly. If our client requests Path Interactive to remove or amend that data, we will respond to that request within 30 days.

  • Email. You can opt-out from any Path Interactive email newsletter or commercial email list and prevent the collection of related email response information by our email service providers by using the Manage your preferences at the bottom of each message. If you no longer want to receive third-party email offers that you requested through our Services, simply follow the advertiser’s unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions that should be included in every commercial message you receive. If you wish to disable web beacons in our email messages, turn images “off” in your email client (e.g., Outlook or Outlook Express). Path Interactive will need to verify your identity before being able to respond to such requests.

  • Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. Instead, we adhere to the standards set out in this privacy policy and offer the opt-out choices described above.

Security

The security of your data is important to us but unfortunately, no measures can guarantee to provide 100% security. Path Interactive uses reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. Path Interactive cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Sensitive data

Path Interactive request that you do not send us any sensitive data such as social security or national identification numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometrics or genetic, criminal background or trade union membership information. If you do send Path Interactive this information, then you are consenting to its processing in accordance with this privacy notice. To avoid processing of sensitive data, do not submit it.

Our policy on children’s information

The Path Interactive site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If Path Interactive become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, steps will be taken to remove that information from our servers.
