Real Functionality Added to +1 Button

Until today, clicking on Google’s +1 button on search results, blog posts and other places really didn’t do anything publicly.  Google has now added the functionality to the +1 button that people would expect.

 

+1’ing something now allows you to share that item on Google+. This is not groundbreaking functionality but helps bring the next 20 million users to Google+.
