Content Marketing: Beyond “Liking” and Tweeting

content marketingWhen it comes to searching for a particular product or service on the internet, consumers are faced with a heavily saturated market.  As a business owner, you have to ask yourself, how can I differentiate my product or service from my competitors and stand out to my target audience- this is where content marketing comes into play.  Content Marketing, whether it’s referred to as branded content, blogging, digital storytelling, or custom publishing, is a marketing technique of creating and disseminating relevant and engaging information  to a target audience-ultimately driving profitable customer action.

In his Content Marketing session, Ruben Quinones, Director of New Media at Path Interactive, and the Association for Accounting Marketing will discuss how to build successful content marketing campaigns that will drive traffic, increase social media engagement, build authority, gain customer loyalty and encourage lead generation. This Content Marketing session will take place at the Citrin Cooperman in NYC on January 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.   Topics will include:

  • How do you measure the effectiveness of your campaign?
  • Which social media platforms are best for content marketing?
  • How do you segment your audience and tailor the messaging?
  • Why is Facebook’s new layout a great platform for content marketing?
  • What tools are available to help track, analyze and interpret visitor data?
