We are incredibly pleased to announce that Path Interactive has been nominated for an astounding five 2018 Search Engine Land Awards! The Search Engine Land Awards, often referred to as “Search Marketing’s Highest Honor”, seek to recognize search campaigns and marketers who go beyond the basics to demonstrate excellence in executing organic and paid search marketing initiatives.

This year’s awards ceremony will be held on June 12, 2018. A full list of nominations can be found here.

Path has been nominated for honors in the following categories:

1. Best Overall Search Marketing Initiative: SEO & SEM*

Our SEO & SEM teams performed exemplary work for a medical client, sharing data and insights to help inform strategy across channels. The marketing teams were able to significantly boost conversion rates and user behavior metrics after providing landing page recommendations based on shared SEO/PPC data points.

2. Best Overall SEO Initiative: Enterprise

Collaborating with a client in the healthcare AI industry, our SEO team led a push that helped grow the client’s brand-new website from ranking for 0 keywords to 14,000 on the top 10 pages of Google within 1 year. (No, that’s not a typo – 14,000 keywords.) On a monthly average, our team helped the client achieve a consistent 120% increase in organic traffic, shattering its annual 2018 traffic goals within Q1 of 2018. The client currently ranks in position 1 for a variety keywords totaling over 100,000 searches per month.

3.Best Local Search Marketing Initiative

Our SEO team helped an urgent care client with dozens of locations across the U.S. achieve a significant increase in visibility online via a holistic, scalable, local SEO strategy. They helped the client meet all the standard local SEO best practices, including NAP consistency across all listings, while providing more cutting-edge recommendations such as estimated wait times and Uber integration. These tactics helped achieve a 97% year-over-year increase in local 3-pack rankings.

4.Best Mobile Search Marketing Initiative

See “best overall SEO initiative” for campaign details.

5.Search Marketer of the Year: Female

Last but not least, we are very excited to share that our Group Director of SEO & Digital Content and resident superstar, Sarah Dryden, has been nominated for Female Search Marketer of the Year. Sarah joined Path in 2009 and advanced to leading the organic search team in 2013. Since then, Sarah has significantly advanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s organic search and social media services, taking the lead in building out new products and processes for Path Interactive.

We’re incredibly proud of the hard work and ingenuity that went into the successes responsible for these nominations and can’t wait to share the results of the awards ceremony with our fans!

*This award is a “Grand Prix” award directly sponsored by Google
