Path Interactive Nabs Silver in 2017 Davey Awards

Time to add another trophy to our mantle! Path Interactive has brought home a Silver title in the 2017 Davey Awards. (And yes, we have a mantle. It’s modern and shiny and getting kind of full – not that we’re complaining.)

The Award
Our latest win was awarded in the Social category, celebrating a recent collaboration with PROCure in the launch of their branded Facebook and Instagram channels.

The Davey Awards, named after David in the classic “vs. Goliath” battle, are an annual competition celebrating big ideas that come from small agencies – like ours! Now in their 17th year, the prestigious competition began by recognizing creativity in Web, Video, Design, and Advertising projects. This year, they added Mobile, Branded Content, and Social entry categories, giving Path’s work with PROcure a chance to shine.

The Strategy
PROcure products are a line of first aid essentials that bring together the wonders of nature and the wisdom of science. Seeking a way to connect with consumers directly, PROcure attempted to establish a strong presence on social media and turned to Path Interactive for guidance. After a competitive landscape audit and a study of the brand’s target audience, Path developed a comprehensive paid and organic plan for rolling out PROcure’s social accounts and attracting attention from the right parties.

The Results

  • Facebook followers: 80K
  • Instagram followers: 800
  • Average Facebook user rating: 4.7 out of 5 stars
  • Topical mix of UGC, GIF, video, original photography, and sampling content
  • More monthly Facebook engagement than all other brands in competitor set

To date, PROcure’s previously non-existent social fanbase has grown to into the tens of thousands; they’re racking up more positive interaction than any of their direct competitors, and their usage of original content that centers on themes of self-care, seasonality, and natural wellness continues to attract and convert an ever-growing number of consumers.
