Path Interactive Nabs Best Enterprise SEO Honors at 2018 Search Engine Land Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that we brought home the trophy for Best Enterprise SEO Campaign at last week’s 2018 Search Engine Land Awards ceremony! The Landys, as the awards are affectionately known, are considered the most prestigious award in the search marketing space and seek to recognize excellence and innovation in the execution of organic and paid search marketing campaigns and research initiatives. All categories were judged by an impartial panel of Search Engine Land editorial staff members, in conjunction with representatives from Google and Bing.

Our win came as a result of the ground-breaking work we’ve done with Buoy Health, an AI health assistant company that helps web users diagnose their ailments without the fear and paranoia that typically go along with non-AI symptom checkers.

What does competing in the Best Enterprise SEO Campaign category entail?

The Best Enterprise SEO Initiative category celebrates the organic search engine optimization program that achieves the most significant results for a large-scale organization or website. The Buoy website, on which Path oversaw the optimization of 3,000+ pages, certainly fits the bill! As part of their SEO program, Path helped Buoy conduct keyword research, optimize page copy, and improve link equity in order to help increase visibility and drive mass traffic to the site.

What made Path’s work in the category stand out?

The results of the joint efforts between Path and Buoy were overwhelming. When comparing May 2018 versus May 2017, Buoy’s organic traffic increased by 19,709%. (Yes, that’s a comma, not a period.) A section of the site dedicated to educating users about their symptoms, now ranks in the top-3 Positions for 821 unique keywords that have an aggregate search volume of 513,480. It ranks on the 1st page of Google search results for an additional 3,248 keywords (positions 4 – 6) with an aggregate search volume of 2,925,590. Recent optimizations have brought over 2.5MM in monthly organic traffic.

The win is one in a string of recent victories for Path Interactive. We’ve also recently landed on the Crain’s Best Places to Work list for the third year in a row, scooped up the #4 spot the 2017 AdAge Best Places to Work list, and got named the 2017 North America winner of the Google Premier Partner for Display Innovation.
