Part of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Course – Week long Intensive
New York, July 22, 2011: This panel presentation will provide students of SCPS’s Social Media Marketing Strategy and Execution course with an overview of Facebook’s algorithmic basics and its larger marketing value. Panelists will present case studies, audience growth and management strategies, and advertising insights. Participants will ultimately learn how to use Facebook to build brand value.
The panel will be moderated by Ruben Quinones, Adjunct Professor at NYU’s SCPS and New Media Director at New York City-based digital marketing agency Path Interactive. The event will take place Tuesday, July 26th in the NYU Midtown Center (11 West 42nd Street), from 9-10:30am.

Myles brings 14 years of experience in the advertising, media and digital marketing industries to Buddy Media, where he oversees the company’s largest strategic brand client relationships.
Myles previously built and ran the digital marketing practice at the Kaplan Thaler Group (division of Publicis), where he oversaw all digital advertising, promotional and social media efforts for a wide range of clients including Procter & Gamble, Wendy’s, Continental Airlines and Aflac, and he won several industry awards in the process, including two Webby Awards in 2010.
