Path’s commitment to forging deep and meaningful relationships means that we keep our employees for the same reasons that we keep our clients. Instead, it’s the reason why members of our senior management team are also Adjunct Instructors of Digital Marketing at New York University. It’s the reason why a third of our staff pitched in on a Saturday to teach Brooklyn teens how to code as part of our Path Cares initiative. Michael Coppola CEO & Founder

Michael Coppola is a founder and serves as CEO of Path Interactive. Michael brings more than 15 years of traditional & online marketing experience with unparalleled insight, innovation and marketing expertise to the industry. As CEO, he drives the vision of the company, provides account and technology leadership and co-manages the day-to-day operations of the business.

Before founding Path Interactive, Michael served in numerous marketing  management and corporate training roles for Fortune 500 companies including Verizon Communications and Viacom. Most recently as Director of National Marketing for Westwood One (a Viacom subsidiary), Michael created highly effective integrated marketing programs for leading national brands like BMW, McDonalds and Quest Communications.

Michael Candullo COO & Founder

Michael Candullo is a founder of Path Interactive and currently serves the executive team as Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Michael co-manages the day-to-day operations of Path Interactive and also provides leadership to Path’s core service channels.

Michael is responsible for developing efficient and scalable processes across the agency to help maximize digital campaign performance and client growth. These include strengthening publisher and search engine relations, evaluating and implementing new technology tool sets and improving employee and organizational structure.

A marketing veteran, Michael brings more than 20 years of print and digital marketing experience to Path with a clear focus and direction on performance based campaigns. Michael has previously served in numerous sales management and marketing roles for media giants Nielsen Business Media and Verizon Communications.

Ruben Quinones VP, Client Strategy

Ruben Quinones is VP, Client Strategy at Path Interactive where he provides forward thinking leadership for the company’s marketing processes. Additional responsibilities include client acquisition, strategic consulting, and key project management for client digital strategy and execution.

Ruben is also an adjunct professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies for the Digital Marketing Program and a frequent speaker at industry conferences including Search Engine Strategies, SMX. Media Bistro, and Web Expo.

Sarah Dryden Group Director, SEO & Digital Content

Sarah Dryden joined Path in 2009 and serves as the Group Director, SEO & Digital Content. She oversees the intersection of SEO, Social & Content Experiences, bringing a highly integrated approach to managing our clients’ larger web presence through site design & architecture, SEO, SEM, PR, and social media strategies. She also supports corporate training programs in SEO and social media, as well as internal training programs for staff.

Sarah brings a strong marketing and brand strategy sensibility to play on behalf of Path Interactive’s SEO, content and social media clients, having worked on agency strategies for major brands, startups, and non-profit organizations on both the West and East coasts. Sarah is a graduate of UC Berkeley, and holds a B.A. in Political Economy as well as a B.S. in Business Administration.

Sarah was nominated for Female Search Marketer of the year 2017 by Search Engine Land and desired industry speaker.

James Connell Group Director, Digital Media & Analytics

James Connell joined Path Interactive in 2008 and currently serves as Group Director, Digital Media & Analytics. In his role, James is instrumental in both the strategic direction and day to day operations of the search marketing team, providing key insights into digital marketing innovations. Also, he oversees all media planning for paid search accounts.

James is a paid search management veteran, managing complex search marketing campaigns since 2003 for companies and government agencies in NYC, DC and California.

Inna Zeyger Director, Digital Media

Inna Zeyger joined Path Interactive in 2012. As Associate Director of the Digital Media team, she is responsible for implementing process and managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise lead generation and eCommerce accounts spanning across a variety of verticals.

In 2019, Inna was nominated by Search Engine Land for Female Search Marketer of the Year.

Lily Ray Director, SEO

Lily Ray joined Path Interactive in 2018 as the Director of SEO, providing strategic leadership for the agency’s SEO client programs. Born into a family of software engineers, web developers, and technical writers, Lily brings a strong technical background, performance-driven habits, and forward-thinking creativity to all programs she oversees. Lily began her SEO career in 2010 in a fast-paced start-up environment and moved quickly into the agency world, where she helped grow and establish an SEO department that delivered high impact work for a fast-growing list of notable clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Lily has worked across a variety of verticals with a focus on retail, ecommerce, b2b and CPG sites. In 2017, Lily was nominated by Search Engine Land for Female Search Marketer of the Year.
